Welcome to Ceyyo, the comprehensive provider of merchant solutions, including point of sale (POS) systems, credit card payment processing services, a merchant dashboard (app.ceyyo.com), and a mobile application (Ceyyo Merchant for iOS). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are intended to explain our obligations as a service provider and your obligations as a customer. Please read them carefully.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of Ceyyo's services — including but not limited to our POS systems, credit card payment processing, merchant dashboard, and mobile application — is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the service.
3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
4. Services Provided
Ceyyo offers a range of services designed to optimize the operational efficiency of merchants. Our services include:
Point of Sale Systems: Hardware and software that simplify in-store transactions, inventory management, and employee time tracking.
Credit Card Payment Processing: Secure and reliable payment processing services that enable merchants to accept credit card, debit card, and other electronic payments.
Merchant Dashboard: A web-based application (app.ceyyo.com) that provides merchants with insights into their sales patterns, inventory levels, employee management, vendor invoices, and business analytics.
Mobile Application: The Ceyyo Merchant app for iOS, which provides on-the-go access to sales data, transaction history, product management, shift reports, and push notifications for business activity.
Each service is supported by security measures, customer support, and regular updates to enhance functionality and performance.
5. Use of Services
You are permitted to use our services for your legitimate business needs. This entails managing transactions, analyzing business data, processing payments, managing employees and inventory, and accessing business reports. Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
6. Payment Processing
Our payment processing services are provided through collaborations with third-party payment processors. You acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by these processors in addition to our own. You are responsible for all transactions processed through our services and agree to provide customers with clear terms regarding payment processing.
7. Merchant Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you are required to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must conduct your business in a manner that upholds the integrity of our services. Any breach or negligent conduct that compromises the security or operational performance of our services must be reported to us immediately.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Ceyyo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ceyyo.
9. Data Privacy
Your data is critical to your business, and its confidentiality and integrity are paramount to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines our practices related to the collection, use, and sharing of personal information. We are committed to complying with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in the handling of customer and business data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceyyo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
11. Account Termination and Deletion
Ceyyo reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to use our services, or any portion thereof, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the services that we provide. Reasons for such termination may include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, or unexpected technical issues.
You may delete your account at any time through the Ceyyo Merchant mobile application by navigating to Profile and selecting "Delete Account." Upon account deletion, your user credentials and authentication data will be permanently removed. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at support@ceyyo.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.
13. Changes to Terms
Ceyyo reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
